Eligibility criteria for any exporter is as follows:

Export turnover for the last 12 months to be greater than or $300,000 (~INR 2Cr)
Track record of at-least 6 realised shipments in the last 6 months
No sensitive or perishable goods like fresh fruits and vegetables (has a shelf life of fewer than 6 months), No granite & marbles, No gems & jewellery
Exporter and their buyer should not be a related party.
